CSUEB: Spring 2005
Ah, done with my third quarter at CSU East Bay. I haven’t gotten my grades back yet, but I’m sure I aced my Typography and Time-based Media classes. My fingers are crossed for my Modern Art and Drawing Lab grades—Modern Art was much more difficult than I anticipated (mainly because it was an early morning class!) and Drawing Lab was much more work than I thought a 2 credit class would require (I’m not complaining, though… I enjoyed the challenge).
I was assigned the letter Q for my Typography final. Check out my animation here.
Learned in Spring of 2005
- Fine tuned my Flash skills (forced to learn more MX 2004)
- I am more aware of the “180° Rule” for film shot composition
- I have a much better understanding of setting up layout grids
- I feel much more knowledgable about Modern Art artists
- Pastels can be fun if you have the right colors
