Book Reviews: Labyrinth of Evil & Revenge of the Sith
When I read science fiction, I want to see far-away planets, alien species and awesome spaceships in my mind’s eye. I enjoy when sci-fi authors strike a balance of clear, descriptive, fantastic detail with good, deep character development.
I hadn’t read a Star Wars novel in a few years, so when Tom let me borrow Labyrinth of Evil and gave me Revenge of the Sith for my birthday, I was excited, but also a little skeptical. The last few Star Wars books I read were either: 1) Too literal with not much character development or 2) Too abstract with confusing descriptions of what was going on.
I’m happy to report that Labyrinth and Revenge delivered great stories and strong character development!
