Well, technology has changed a lot since I started this little blog. It’s been fun to keep a log of events, musings, personal events etc. and playing around with PHP, HTML and CSS. But the truth is, it takes a lot of time and effort to maintain a blog. I’m finding myself using Twitter and (gasp) Facebook more for keeping in touch with people. So, I think it is time to retire the blog! I will keep it running in archive mode, so I can go back and see past articles and laugh at them, but for now, reyman : blog is officially closed!

As Jill and I were unpacking stuff in our new place, the dryer emitted an extremely loud buzz which totally startled us! A tad freaked out, Jill exclaimed:

I’ve been out of school for less than a year and one of the things I love about not having homework is being able to catch up on video games! For the last few months, I have been plugging away on some cool older games — and enjoying every minute of it. Since I refuse to get a PlayStation 3 until the price tag is reasonable and I am not quite desperate enough to get an XBox 360 (Dead Rising, Lost Planet and Gears of War look pretty darn cool, though…), I have been digging some older PS2/Wii games…

She did it! After 5 years of working full time and going to school at Diablo Valley College and Merritt College, Jill got her Associate in Science (Nutrition and Dietetic Technology Major) degree!
I am so proud of her! Congratulations!
